Tammy Beshara, your trainer and lifestyle coach, brings over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry and specialises working with prenatal, postpartum, and busy mums. As a mum herself, Tammy understands the unique challenges you face, from mum guilt to time constraints.

Her lifestyle-based approach focuses on real, long-term results by addressing the 5 key areas that often get overlooked in traditional programs: hydration, movement, nutrition, stress, and sleep.
